  • ›We use 100% whole grain flours — no maida, no refined ingredients.
  • ›Products are oven-roasted, and packed fresh in hygienic conditions.
  • ›Best before date is printed on every pack. Do not consume after expiry.
  • ›Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shipping & Delivery

  • ›Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
  • ›Delivery within Chennai: 1–3 days. Pan-India: 3–7 business days.
  • ›We ship via trusted courier partners (India Post ST Couriers Professional Couriers).
  • ›Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
  • ›Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping within India.
  • ›Tracking details will be sent via SMS/email once dispatched.

Returns & Refunds

  • ›We accept return or replacement requests within 48 hours of delivery.
  • ›Eligible reasons: damaged packaging, wrong product delivered, quality issue.
  • ›Perishable food items cannot be returned if opened and consumed.
  • ›To raise a return, WhatsApp us at +91 9600 XXX XXX with your order ID and photos.
  • ›Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.
  • ›COD orders are refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI).

Payment & Orders

  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery (COD).
  • ›All online payments are secured via Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
  • ›Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — contact us immediately.
  • ›We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, with full refund.
