Product Quality & Food Safety
- ›All products are manufactured under FSSAI License No. 22416551000126.
- ›We use 100% whole grain flours — no maida, no refined ingredients.
- ›No preservatives, no artificial colours, no baking soda or ammonia.
- ›Products are oven-roasted, stone-ground and packed fresh in hygienic conditions.
- ›Best before date is printed on every pack. Do not consume after expiry.
- ›Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Shipping & Delivery
- ›Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
- ›Delivery within Chennai: 1–3 days. Pan-India: 3–7 business days.
- ›We ship via trusted courier partners (Delhivery, BlueDart, India Post).
- ›Shipping charges are shown at checkout before payment.
- ›Orders above ₹499 qualify for free shipping within India.
- ›Tracking details will be sent via SMS/email once dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
- ›We accept return or replacement requests within 48 hours of delivery.
- ›Eligible reasons: damaged packaging, wrong product delivered, quality issue.
- ›Perishable food items cannot be returned if opened and consumed.
- ›To raise a return, WhatsApp us at +91 9600 XXX XXX with your order ID and photos.
- ›Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to original payment method.
- ›COD orders are refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/UPI).
Payment & Orders
- ›We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking and cash on delivery (COD).
- ›All online payments are secured via Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant gateway.
- ›Orders can be cancelled before dispatch — contact us immediately.
- ›We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of stock unavailability, with full refund.
- ›Prices are inclusive of GST unless mentioned otherwise.

- ›All products are manufactured in a facility that handles multiple grains and legumes.
- ›Nutritional information on pack is approximate and may vary by batch.
